When does my bag actually arrive?
Inside the 2-hour window you choose. Pick 14:00–16:00, and that's when it lands. Late by more than 30 minutes? You get 30% back. That's the On-Time Guarantee.
Do I have to call my hotel?
If they're a partner: no. If they aren't: still no — we notify them on your behalf. Your job is zero.
Can I send high-value items?
Standard coverage is ¥300,000 per bag. Need more? Add Premium coverage (+¥5,000) to bring it up to ¥2,000,000. Above that, talk to us directly.
How do I pay?
Credit card only — VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB. Charged at booking. Refundable per our cancellation policy (a 4.5% credit-card processing fee always applies on customer-initiated cancellations).
Can I cancel?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. 50% fee from 24h to 3h before. Inside 3h, full charge applies.
